Who we are

Crossroads Drug And Alcohol Testing is a small business located in Duarte Ca along where the 210 and 605 freeways merge and just short minutes from the 10 and 60 freeways.  Our resources allow us to provide coverage for all of California and most states. The LA Metropolitan Transportation Department and other agencies recognize Crossroads Drug And Alcohol Testing as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and a Small Business Enterprise (SBE).  Owner Byron Nelson has been active in the drug testing industry for over 20 years.

Today, Crossroads operates a local clinic in Duarte, Ca, and a satellite collection and testing site in West Memphis, Ar.  The company specializes in testing for all Department of Transportation modes, Construction Contractors, Municipalities, and Human Resource Departments of companies locally and nationally. Recently the City of Pasadena, Ca, awarded Crossroads a contract as Third Party Administrator for its DOT drug and alcohol testing program. Our partners are SAMHSA laboratories, eScreen, Formfox, Orbit and thousands of collection sites nationwide that allow Crossroads to test almost anywhere at any time.   

Our certified collectors can come onsite for collections and testing, saving you time and money in the process. In addition, we bring our  Electronic Chain of Custody process to you to make testing for drugs and alcohol less cumbersome for the employer and eliminate paper.
