About Us
28+ Years
of Drug and Alcohol Testing Experience
National Leader
in Compliant DOT and Non-DOT Testing Services for Government Agencies, Employers, and Individuals
With 28 years of hands-on experience in drug and alcohol testing and compliance, we serve as a national partner for DOT and non-DOT programs supporting DOT agencies, non-DOT employers, contractors, and individuals across the United States.
Crossroads began as a small, local walk-in clinic and a reseller of rapid, instant drug test kits. From those humble beginnings, we grew into a fully integrated Third-Party Administrator (TPA) with brick-and-mortar facility, built on relationships, accountability, and a deep respect for the responsibilities inherent in compliance work.
What started small has evolved into a trusted, reliable drug and alcohol testing company. We now support transportation compliance for DOT agencies, non-DOT employers, and individuals working in safety-sensitive industries nationwide, without losing the personal, accessible approach that defines who we are.
The drug and alcohol testing industry continues to change, and Crossroads remains at the forefront, helping our clients stay current with policies, regulations, and testing requirements. We use electronic chain-of-custody processing to manage complex compliance data and provide a seamless connection between HR departments, collection sites, laboratories, and Medical Review Officers (MROs). This approach gives HR teams accurate time stamped documentation, and real-time access to critical compliance information, without delays or guesswork.
Our mission is clear: support our clients in protecting their workforce and the public by delivering reliable, compliant drug and alcohol testing programs for employers and contractors.
At Crossroads, compliance is not just a service. It is a responsibility we take personally.
We offer walk-in clinics and 24/7 on-site testing services to support mass hiring events, bulk random testing, post-accident testing, and reasonable-suspicion testing. These services reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and lower operational costs. Through our nationwide network of collection sites, clients can schedule testing anywhere in the country and securely retrieve results. eCCF (electronic chain-of-custody form) is far more efficient than paper chain-of-custody forms.
Our pricing reflects value, not shortcuts. Organizations choose Crossroads because an efficient, compliant testing program ultimately reduces risk, saves time, and lowers total cost.
At Crossroads, compliance is not just a service. It is a responsibility we take personally.
