We Welcome Court-Ordered & Mandatory ETG Testing

We Welcome Court Ordered Mandatory ETG Testing

We value serving the community when it matters most.

Not every drug testing company chooses to serve court-ordered and mandatory testing cases.

These cases can be complex, require flexibility, consistency, accountability, and patience. They are not high-margin services, and often involve individuals navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives. This work, these requests matter to us.

A Responsibility, Not a Revenue Stream

For more than 26 years, Crossroads has been rooted in the belief that public safety and community support go hand in hand.

Court-ordered and mandatory ETG alcohol testing is one of the most important, yet least prioritized services in our industry. Many providers avoid it because it’s seen as messy, time-consuming, or financially impractical. We see people, families, and communities trying to stay safe while offering accountability and second chances within the process.

Why Courts Rely on Mandatory Testing

Court-ordered drug and alcohol testing exists to:

  • Protect public safety
  • Ensure compliance with legal conditions
  • Support rehabilitation and recovery
  • Provide courts with reliable, defensible data

We regularly support testing for:

  • DUI / DWI cases
  • Domestic violence cases
  • Probation and parole
  • Pre-trial services
  • Drug court and rehabilitation programs
  • Department of Children Services (DCS) cases
  • Child custody and family court matters

In many of these situations, ETG alcohol testing plays a critical role by detecting alcohol use over time and helping courts monitor sobriety accurately.

Protecting Children, Families, and Futures

We place special importance on cases involving children and families.

When substance use may impact a child’s safety, accountability matters. Testing helps courts make informed and fair decisions that protect children while giving parents the opportunity to demonstrate responsibility, stability, and growth.

We are familiar with recovery paths. We understand relapse risk. And we approach every individual with dignity, neutrality, and care.

Structured Support for Real-Life Circumstances

Court-ordered testing is not one-size-fits-all. Our team work directly with individuals to:

  • Create compliant testing schedules
  • Support random and observed testing requirements
  • Maintain accurate reporting for courts and supervising agencies
  • Ensure results are delivered reliably and on time

Our role is not to judge. It is to support accountability with integrity.

Why This Work Matters to Us

We are 100% mindful that these tests, whether urine, hair, or saliva, help courts determine whether someone is ready to:

  • Return to work
  • Rebuild family relationships
  • Remain in treatment
  • Stay sober during supervised release

Equally valuable, they help individuals earn another chance not through words, but through consistent, documented action.

That responsibility is one we take seriously and are inspired by the participating clients!

A Community Centered Choice

Our staff accepts court-ordered and mandatory testing because:

  • We value public safety
  • We believe accountability supports recovery
  • We care about families and children
  • We believe communities are stronger when people are given fair paths forward

There are moments when this work is not the easiest or the most profitable. But it is essential, and we are evolving within an industry that we believe Crossroads exist for every purpose involving service and integrity of ETG screening.

For us, this isn’t an obligation, it’s a privilege.
